THE NFA IS A VIOLATION OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT

On Day One, Silencer Shop Foundation (SSF), GOA, and allies filed the first federal lawsuit to strike down the remaining unconstitutional provisions of the NFA.

On July 4, 2025 we sued the ATF to restore suppressor freedoms.
On August 5, 2026, we won in court against the ATF and DoJ.
On August 13, 2026, the first suppressor in over 90 years was transferred without NFA paperwork.
And we will continue to fight.

We sued the ATF because you shouldn't have a $200 tax on your rights. You shouldn't need a tax stamp to defend your hearing, your home, or your freedom. And now, you don't.
