Since 2019, she’s been a driving force at Silencer Shop—working across compliance, customer service, and sales to simplify the NFA process and support tens of thousands of lawful buyers nationwide.
Now, as CEO of the Silencer Shop Foundation, Lauren channels that frontline experience into mission-first leadership—guiding the Foundation’s legal, legislative, and fundraising efforts with clarity, compassion, and conviction. Her leadership ensures the Foundation stays focused on results: defending lawful gun ownership and fighting for the full restoration of Second Amendment rights.

Travis Glover
Chief Operating Officer, Silencer Shop Foundation
With over 31 years in the firearms industry, Travis Glover is a powerhouse of operational expertise, regulatory strategy, and pro-2A leadership. As a former compliance architect for giants like Cabela’s and Lipsey’s—where he helped launch their NFA program—Travis has spent his career turning bureaucratic red tape into actionable, streamlined solutions for FFLs nationwide.
A subject matter expert on ATF compliance and a former board member of the American Suppressor Association (2013–2019), Travis has worked hard fighting against ATF overreach at the highest levels. He’s been instrumental in reshaping policy, advocating for dealer rights, and modernizing how the firearms community operates.
At the Silencer Shop Foundation, Travis brings more than just credentials—he brings conviction. He’s here to dismantle bad laws and protect the good people behind every counter, every kiosk, and every silencer sold.

Chris Boeck
General Counsel, Silencer Shop Foundation
Christopher Boeck is the legal strategist behind Silencer Shop’s trusted reputation in the NFA space. As General Counsel for Silencer Shop, Chris advocates for the NFA community through public speaking, policy engagement, and practical guidance on topics ranging from ATF compliance to the real-world benefits of shooting with suppressors.
Before joining the company, Chris was a partner at an AMLAW 50 law firm. He earned his J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Chris serves as a director for the American Suppressor Association Foundation and the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition (FRAC).
